Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This page explains how cancellations work for subscriptions, pre-orders, and any try-before-you-buy offers on byvita.co, byvita.eu, and byvita.ca. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Returns Policy.

1. Subscriptions

  • When you start a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method for each shipment at the disclosed price (plus applicable taxes, duties, and shipping).

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time using the link in your order or subscription emails, or by contacting us at hi@byvita.co before the next renewal is processed.

  • Cancellations apply only to future renewal orders.

  • Any subscription order that has already been processed or shipped at the time your cancellation takes effect cannot be canceled and is handled under our Returns Policy (where applicable).

2. Pre-orders

  • A pre-order reserves a product that is out of stock or not yet released. We may:

    • charge you in full at checkout; or

    • take an authorization or partial payment and charge the remaining amount when the order is ready to ship.

  • You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled or fully charged by contacting hi@byvita.co with your order details.

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it is treated like a standard order and cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for a refund under our Returns Policy (if conditions are met).
